自体巩膜在羟基磷灰石义眼座植入中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨眼内容物摘除后自体巩膜遮盖羟基磷灰石义眼座植入术的临床效果。方法自2000年5月-2005年5月，66例自体巩膜遮盖羟基磷灰石义眼座植入，Ⅰ期植入51眼（77．27％），Ⅱ期植入15眼（22．73％）。结果随访3个月～4年，2眼义眼座暴露，经保守治疗有效，其余效果满意。结论眼内容物摘除后自体巩膜遮盖羟基磷灰石义眼座植入术，符合生理状态，减少义眼座排出。Objective To study the effects of orbital hydroxyapatite （HA） implantation after evisceration. Methods 66 eyes of 66 patients were performed HA orbital implant from May 2000 to May 2005.51 cases（77.27% ） were implanted in Ⅰ period,the other 15 eyes（22.73% ） were implanted in Ⅱ period. Results The follow - up period was from 3 months to 4 years. 2 cases had HA orbital implant exposure. After the treatment, all patients recovered. Conclusion Implantation of HA with foreside autosclera covering after evisceration has good effect and less rejection.
