摘　　要：目的研究肺腺癌患者癌组织中血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、COX-2表达对肺腺癌预后生存期的影响。方法对2003年到河南省肿瘤医院胸外科治疗的63例肺腺癌患者进行为期3年的随访观察,用Product-Limit Method方法进行生存分析。结果肺腺癌患者中有VEGF、COX-2表达组1、2、3年生存率分别为43.45%、15.80%、0.00%,中位生存时间为12个月;对照组1、2、3年生存率分别为64.71%、37.25%、12.42%,中位生存时间为24个月。VEGF、COX-2表达组生存率明显低于对照组,选用Log-Rank法检验,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论VEGF、COX-2表达对肺腺癌预后有一定的影响,可作为估计肺腺癌预后、指导制定合理治疗方案的指标。Objective To study effect of vascular endothelial growth factor（VEGF） and cox - 2 expression to prognosis survival of lung adenocarcinoma. Methods We elected 63 lung adenocarcinoma patients who were cured in breast surgery section of Henan Tumor Hospital in 2003 and had observed them for 3 years. And making survival analysis by Product - Limit Method. Results The survival rate of lung adenocarcinoma patients with VEGF and COX - 2 expression from 1 to 3 years were 43.45% ,15.80% ,0. 00%. The median survival time was 12 months. The survival rate of contrast group from 1 to 3 years were 64. 71% ,37.25% ,12. 42%. The median survival time was 24 months. The survival rate of experiment group was lower than the survival rate of contrast group. The statistic result was P 〈 0. 05 by Log - Rank method. And the result was significant. Conclusion The effect of VEGF and COX - 2 expression to prognosis of lung adenocarcinoma may be an index that can be used to estimate prognosis of lung adenocarcinoma and constitute logical Rx.
