摘　　要：目的探讨PDCA循环法在精神科病历质量管理中的应用及效果。方法对PDCA管理前的344份出院病案进行质量现状分析,应用PDCA循环法对病历进行全面质量管理,检查管理后出院病历216份,对两组病历质量进行比较。结果出院病历评分平均提高1.05%,甲级率提高12%,修改率降低16%(P<0.001)。结论PDCA循环法是精神科进行病历质量管理、提高病历质量的有效方法。Objective To study the application and effect of PDCA method for medical records quality control in the mental hospital. Methods We analyzed the quality of 344 medical records, before the application of PDCA method, and then controlled medical records quality by PDCA method and analyzed 216 medical records. Finally we assessed the quality of two groups respectively. Results After applying PDCA method, medical record quality scores and amount of medical records with grade A are respectively higher from 1.05% to 12%, meanwhile, modification ratio decrease 16% （P〈 0.001）. Conclusion PDCA method can effectively control medical records quality in mental hospital.
