摘　　要：目的探讨新生儿入出院护理在新生儿病房医疗纠纷中的作用。方法对2003年4月至2004年3月住院的834例患儿及2004年4月至2005年3月住院的960例患儿实施两种不同的入出院护理,比较两组住院患儿医疗纠纷的发生率。结果实施新的入院出院护理的医疗纠纷发生率为0.2%,实施旧的入院出院护理的医疗纠纷发生率为1.1%。结论实施新的入出院护理,履行告知义务,既保障家属的知情同意权,又提高自我保护能力,提高护理质量,密切医患关系,减少医疗纠纷的发生。Objective To explore the effect of the nursing of the neonates in the admission and discharge. Methods 843 patients from April 2003 to March 2004 and 960 patients from April 2004 to March 2005 were applied in two different kinds of admission and discharge nursing; they were eompared. Results The ineidenee of medical disputes in the group whieh was applied with new nursing and apprizes process was 0.2%. While the ineidenee of the other group was 1.1%. Condusion To apply the new admission and discharge nursing earl promote the ability of protecting himself and nursing quality and decrease the incidence of medical disputes and promote relationship between patients and doctors.
