摘　　要：本文报告了暨南大学管理学科实验中心建设的思路与实践,包括实验室构架、配置、系统安全与管理等。其基本思想是实验中心要分教学实验中心和研究室两个层次来建设,体现与教学课程内容紧密结合的实验教学体系以及与各系各学科点以课题研究为主的专用实验需求。在管理学科各专业之间创造一个资源交互共享的局域网环境,管理上实行教学、实验和科研辅助人员三位一体,充分实现场地、仪器设备、实验室工作人员三类资源共享以及统筹安排。This article reported the outline and the practice in construction of managerial experiment centre in Jinan University, It includes the Laboratory framework, equipment, security, and the system management. It is considered that the managerial experiment centre ought to be constructed into two levels, One is for the teaching experiment and the other is for the academic research purpose, There is an internal resources system between the specific specialty in the managerial field, in which the lecturer, the Laboratory technician, and the academic assistant can be arranged when needed in order to make a best use of the ground, the apparatus, and the staff, and plane them as a whole.
