摘　　要：目的:探讨神经电图、肌电图在吉兰-巴雷综合征(GBS)患者中的应用及临床意义。方法:30例GBS患者(GBS组)进行神经电图及肌电图检测,并与正常组比较。结果:30例患者的神经电图、肌电图异常检出率为100%。结论:GBS患者引起广泛周围神经及脊神经根的改变,通过采取中西医结合及康复治疗能达到较满意的治疗效果。神经电图和肌电图检查可对GBS患者有一定的特异性,为临床诊断、疗效和预后判断提供客观的电生理依据。Objective： To investigate the application and clinical significance of electroneurography and electromyography in Guillain-Barre syndrom （GBS）. Methods： A total of 30 patients with GBS were subjected to routine electroneurograms and electromyograms examination,and the results were compared with those in normal group. Results： The normal detectable rate of 30 cases of GBS by electroneurograms and electromyograms examination was 100%. Conclusion： Extensive changes of peripheral nerve and spinal root occurred in GBS patients. Satisfactory therapeutic effects could be obtained by therapy of traditional Chinese medicine combined with Western medicine and rehabilitation. Electroneurograms and electromyograms examination provided objective eleetrophysiological evidence for clinical diagnosis,therapeutic effects and outcome of the patients with GBS.
