结构式家庭心理治疗对已婚精神病患者家庭及婚姻状况的影响

摘　　要：目的:尝试结构式家庭心理治疗在已婚精神病患者临床治疗过程中的应用。方法:精神异常症状缓解的已婚精神分裂症患者60例,随机分为家庭组和对照组各30例,均坚持服用非典型抗精神病药物治疗。家庭组患者则在此基础上由心理治疗师和临床医生进行每2周1次,每次60min的结构式家庭治疗。治疗前后对2组患者均采用家庭功能量表(FAD)、Locke-Wollance婚姻调适量表评定。结果:通过家庭治疗2个月后,与治疗前及对照组比较,家庭组患者FAD和Locke-Wollance婚姻调适量表评分均明显提高(P<0.05或0.01)。结论:精神病患者辅以家庭治疗可不同程度的改善已婚精神病患者的家庭状况及婚姻质量,且优于单用抗精神病药物治疗的患者。Objective： To attempt the application of the structural family therapy in the treatment process to the married patients with mental disorders. Methods： Sixty married inpatients, who were diagnosed as schizophrenia, were treated with the atypical antipsychotic drugs, and their mental symptoms were relieved. These 60 inpatients were randomly divided into two groups： family therapy group （n= 30） and control group （n= 30）. The patients in family therapy group were subjected to scheduled family therapy for 2 months. The patients in both groups were assessed by the Family Function Rating Scale and Locke-Wallace Marital Adjustment test. Results： After the family therapy for 2 months, the quality of the married patients＂ family and married status could be improved to some extent （P（0.05 or 0.01）. Conclusion： Adjuvant family therapy can improve the family and married status of the married patients with mental disorders to some degrees. The effectiveness of combined treatments is better than that of anti-chlorpromazine used alone.
