摘 要:选取芦苇和人工湿地处理中未见应用报道的姜花,通过人工模拟湿地,采用畜禽养殖废水处理二级工艺出水进行处理,研究它们在处理过程中的脱氮除磷效果。结果表明:有植物床的脱氮除磷效果好于无植物床,复合床脱氮除磷效果最好,但芦苇床、姜花床、复合床之间的差异不显著;污水处理后,湿地植物各器官中的氮磷含量及分布有变化,芦苇叶对氮、磷的积累量最大,姜花根对氮的积累量最大,而对磷积累不明显;姜花可用于人工湿地进行处理污水。Both Phragmites australis and Hedychium gardneranum were grown in a constructed wetland in order to study removal capability of nitrogen and phosphorus from livestock wastewater. The results were found as following: wetland with plants was superior to unplanted one in removing ability of both N and P. Variance analysis showed that there was no significant variance among the different treatments in our study, revealing that removal rates of the elements by plants were not key factors. In addition, it was discovered that the complex plants-bed could remove more the elements than the only one plant-bed. When the plants were applied in treatment of the waste water, distribution of nitrogen and phosphorus was different in the root, stem and leaf. As for Hedychium gardneranum, its root was well in nitrogen adsorption, as Phragmites australis was aerial part. Phosphorus removal ability of Hedychium gardneranum was little, especially, in the simulated constructed wetlands. But the leaves of reed could efficiently remove phosphorus, therefore, Hedychium gardneranum is likely applied to constructed wetland.
