摘 要:以细胞数量和叶绿素a含量为观测指标,研究了氯霉素、遗传霉素(G418)、青霉素对3种海洋饵料微藻:小球藻(Chlorella vulgarisBeij.),金藻8701(Isochrysis galbanaParke 8701)和小新月菱形藻(Nitzschia clos-teriumEhr.)生长的影响.结果表明:低于100 mg.L-1的氯霉素对小球藻的生长影响差异不显著(p>0.05),200mg.L-1时抑制作用显著;低于25 mg.L-1的氯霉素促进金藻8701的生长,大于100 mg.L-1时显著抑制;小新月菱形藻的生长随着氯霉素浓度的增高而不断下降,表现出明显的负相关性.不同浓度的G418对3种藻的生长均有明显的抑制作用.低于100 mg.L-1的青霉素能够促进3种藻的生长,随着浓度的升高,相对增长率逐渐下降.实验结果可为3种海洋饵料微藻的无菌系建立提供参考.Three species of marine bait microalgae: Chlorella vulgaris. , Isochrysis galbanastrain 8701 and Nitzschia closterium were subjected to three antibiotics, Chloramphenicol (Cm), Geneticin (G418) and Penicillin at the different concentrations to test their responses to the three antibiotics in terms of growth(cell quantity, Chlorophyll-a levels). Results showed that: Cm had no significant effect on growth of C. vulgaris when the concentration was below 100 mg·L ^1 (p〉 0.05). Cm at low concentration (〈25 mg·L^-1) can stimulate the growth of I. galbanastrain 8701 but showed an inhibitory effect on its growth at high concentration (100 mg·L ^-1). Cm had an inhibitory effect on the growth of N. closterium at all concentrations. G418 significantly inhibited the growth of three microalgae. Low concentration of Penicillin (〈100 mg·L^-1) increased the growth of C. vulgaris, I. galbanastrain 8701 and N. closterium but the relative growth rate (K) decreased steadily with the increasing concentration. Penicillin demonstrated slightly inhibitory effect on N. closterium at higher concentration, though insignificantly (p〉0.05). Our results also indicated that the optimal concentrations of Cm on the three microalgal growth were C. vulgaris: 200 mg·L^-1 I. galbanastrain 8701:100 mg·L^-1; N. closterium: 50 mg·L^-1 respectively, and Penicillin on the three microalgal growth were C. vulgaris. 200 mg·L^-1 ; I. galbanastrain 8701-200 mg·L^-1 ; N. closteriurn. 100 mg·L^-1 respectively.
