摘　　要：目的观察三七通舒胶囊在治疗缺血性脑损伤中的临床疗效和安全性。方法采用开放型临床试验治疗48例缺血性脑损伤的患者,口服三七通舒胶囊每日3次,每次1粒,疗程28 d。评估治疗前后的神经功能缺损评分和B I评分,判定神经功能改善情况。结果三七通舒胶囊治疗缺血性脑损伤后,神经功能缺损评分和B I评分较治疗前有明显改善,差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。未发现严重不良反应。结论三七通舒胶囊治疗缺血性脑损伤安全有效。Objective To observe the effect and safety of sanqitongshu capsule in therapy of ischemic brain damage. Methods Forty-eight patients with ischemic brain damage were enrolled in this open labeled clinical thai, Each patient was treated with the sangitongshu capsule taking one Casule three times a day for 28 days. The score of neurologic impairment and BI was evaluated before and after treatment to assess nerves function improvement. Results The score of neurologic impairment and BI had significantly improved （ P 〈 0. 05）. No serious adverse reaction was found. Condusions Sanqitongshu capsule is safe and effective in the treament of ischemic brain damage.
