摘　　要：论述了计算机辅助人机工程在人性化工厂设计中的应用。介绍了计算机辅助人机工程和人性化工厂的概念,提出了计算机辅助人机工程应用于人性化工厂设计的总体思路和实现方法;阐述了人性化工厂的微观和宏观的分析、评价与控制常用的方法,并结合实例,对工厂的微观和宏观人机特性进行分析、评价与控制。The application of computer-aided ergonomics in the humanizing factory design was presented in this paper. Firstly, the concept of computer-aided ergonomics and humanizing factory design were introduced. Secondly, the whole thought and the implementing method of the application of computer-aided ergonomics in the humanizing factory design were discussed. Subsequently, the common methods that analyse, evaluate and control the micro-work systems and macro-work systems of a humanizing factory were particularly expounded. Finally, with example, the ergonomics characteristic of micro-work systems and macro-work systems were analysed, evaluated and controlled.
