眼科患者合并全身性疾病局麻手术的监测与护理体会

摘　　要：目的:探讨合并全身性疾病眼科患者局麻手术的安全性。方法:术中连接多功能监测仪连续监测血压(Bp)、心率(HR)呼吸频率(RR)和脉搏血氧饱和度(SpO2),同时做好患者心理及术中护理。结果:308例患者,术中高血压发生率29.5%,窦性心动过缓发生率9.1%,经严密的监测与护理,均顺利完成手术。结论:术中严密的监测与护理可以确保合并全身性疾病的局麻患者安全度过手术。Objective：To investigate the safety of local anesthesia surgery in ophthalmic patients with systemic diseases.Methods： The multifunctional monitor was used to monitor Bp,HR,RR and SpO2 in the surgery,the psycho-nursing care was also given.Results：In 308 cases,the incidence of high blood pressure was 29.5% in the surgery,and the incidence of sinus bradycardia was 9.1%.With the careful monitoring and nursing are,all operations were finished smoothly.Conclusion：The careful monitoring and nursing care can ensure the safety of local anesthesia surgery in ophthalmic patients with systemic diseases.
