摘　　要：目的检测E-cadherin、基质金属蛋白酶7(matrix metalloproteinas,MMP7)在甲状腺癌病变中的表达,探讨它们与甲状腺癌病变的关系。方法应用免疫组化方法检测E-cadherin、MMP7在57例甲状腺癌病变组织和其癌旁组织表达。结果E-cadherin在甲状腺癌组织中表达显著降低(P<0.01);MMP7在甲状腺癌中表达升高(P<0.05)E-cadherin、MMP7与临床预后指数相关(r=0.370,P<0.05;r=0.419,P<0.01);E-cadherin与MMP7负相关(r=-0.46,P<0.01)。结论E-cadherin表达缺失及MMP7表达升高可能参与甲状腺癌的发生发展过程,检测E-cadherin、MMP7对于甲状腺癌预后判别具有临床参考意义。Objective To examine the expressions of E-cadherin and MMP7 in thyroid tissue and investigate the relationship between E-cadherin,MMP7 and thyroid carcinoma. Methods The expression of E-cadherin and MMP7 were detected by immunohistochemistry in 57 thyroid carcinoma cases and other tissue beside carcinoma cases. Results The lowest level of E-cadherin in thyroid carcinoma compared with those in the tissue beside carcinoma（P〈0.01）,the expression of MMP7 was the highest in thyroid carcinoma（P〈0.05） ,there had a close relationship between the expression of MMP7 and prognosis index（r= 0. 370, P〈0.05;r=0. 419,P〈0.01）. There was a negative relationship between expressions of E-cadherin and MMP7（r=-0.46 ,P〈0.01）. Conclusion E-cadherin and MMP7 may participate in proceeding of thyroid carcinoma o It is suggested that combined detections of E-cadherin and MMP7 may have important reference significance on the differentiation of benign and malignant thyroid tissue.
