全瓷桩核在前牙修复中的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨前牙残冠、残根修复的方法。方法分析36例全瓷桩核修复前牙残冠、残根的临床效果。结果63颗瓷桩核修复体,观察1~5年,其中脱落1颗占1.6%;桩核折断1颗,占1.6%;病人满意率96.8%。结论瓷桩核能够满足前牙残冠、残根美容修复的需要。Objective To explore the prosthetic method on residual crown and residual root of the front teeth. Methods Analysis the clinic effect of procelain post core on 36 patients with residual root or residual crown. Results Sixty-three cases were followed up for 1-5 years with 1 case post core drop（1.6 %）, 1 case post core fracture（1.6 %）, and the rate of patients satisfaction was 96.8%. Conclusion It is satisfaction that porcelain post core treatment the front teeth.
