摘　　要：目的探讨在我国高校医学专业建立急救医学系的可行性。方法采用问卷调查的方式了解在校医学大学生对教改的兴趣和就业思想动态,对调查结果进行统计学分析。结果被调查的在校医学生对未来从事急诊急救工作“很有兴趣”和“有兴趣”的占有比例为73．33%;愿意选择ICU专业的占37．14%;选择医院急诊工作的占38．73%;65．40%的医学生从同龄人的心态认为高考招生未来会有人选择急救医学专业。另外53．97%的学生认为,目前高校应将急救医学课程作为必修课开设,甚至还有21．90%的学生认为应作为专业课开设。结论在我国高校医学专业建立急救医学系具有一定的可行性;同时,目前高校应将急救医学课程作为必修课开设。Objective To inquire into the feasibility of establishing the department of emergency medicine in the medical colleges in our country. Methods We learned about the interest about teaching reform and the mentality about employment of the medical undergraduate students by questionnaires and analyzed the investigation results by statistical methods. Results 73.33% of the undergraduate medical students were interested in emergency and first aid occupation in the future; 37.14% would like to select the subject of ICU ; 38.73% chose the emergency work, 65.40% considered that someone would choose the first aid medical speciality according to their age cohorts＇thoughts. In addition, 53.97% thought the course of first aid medicine should be set up as a compulsory subject in the college at present, and even 21.90% of the students thought that it should be set up as a professional course. Conclusion There are some feasibilities to establish the department of first aid medicine in the medical colleges in our country. At the same time, the course of first aid medicine should be set up as a compulsory subject in the medical colleges at present.
