摘  要:目的建立大鼠蛛网膜下腔PE-50埋管方法,并对蛛网膜下腔插管的步骤加以改进。方法选用成年健康的Wistar大鼠,随机分为PE-10埋管组(A)和PE-50埋管组(B)两组,2组大鼠在枕骨大孔处行脊髓蛛网膜下腔插管后,分别观察、比较2组偏瘫率、死亡率和插管脱出率。结果本实验对传统的蛛网膜下腔插管某些步骤改进后,偏瘫率、死亡率和插管脱出率均较传统方法降低,并且B组和A组在上述三个方便比较,无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论大鼠蛛网膜下腔PE-50埋管可以作为一种较好的实验干预方法,如椎管内给药,比PE-10埋管超作起来更方便。Objective: To establishment of intrathecal implantation with PE -50 catheter in rat and make improvement of the method in some steps. Methods : Adult healthy Wistar rats were divided into 2 groups randomly: A : group of intrathecal implantation with PE - 10 catheter; B: group of intrathecal implantation with PE -50 catheter. The rate of death , hemiplegia and prolapse of the catheter was observed and compared after intrathecal implantation. Results: The rate of death , hemiplegia and prolapse of the catheter decreased by usi.ng our method. There was no significant difference between group B and A in the rate of death , hemiplegia and prolapse of the catheter(P 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusions: Intrathecal implantation with PE- 50 catheter in rat is a good method of experimental intervention, for example administration intrathecally, which is easier to handle than intrathecal implantation with PE - 10 catheter.
