摘　　要：论述了Ｗ１２—２５×２０００型液压四辊卷板机的同步控制系统改进过程中遇到的问题及研究解决方法，介绍了采用普通电磁换向阀配以机械反馈放大机构解决液压四辊卷板机同步运动的控制精度问题．Problems in the process of improvement of W 12-25×2000 hydraulic 4-roller crimper have been discussed. The research on the precision of synchronizing control system of hydraulic 4-roller crimper that combines common electromagnetic value with mechanical reacting amplification mechanism and the methods to solve the problems of cylinder synchronous running havebeen performed.
