我国电信运营企业境外融资的比较与评价

摘　　要：电信运营业是一个资本密集型行业,其发展离不开大量的资金投入。近10年,我国电信运营业有了突飞猛进的发展,电信网络规模、电信用户数量都位列世界首位,这与我国电信运营企业的境外上市融资有着紧密的关系。本文拟对我国电信运营企业境外融资情况进行简述,从融资主体、上市融资规模等方面对我国电信运营企业境外上市融资进行比较,最后对我国电信运营企业境外融资的效果和存在的不足进行分析与评价。Telecommunication operating industry is a capital - oriented industry, whose development is closely linked with huge capital invesunento In recent decade, telecommunication industry of China has been rapidly developed, whose network scale and number of users take the first place in the world, which is closly linked with the fund - raising by telecommunication enterprises of China in overseas capital markets. This article attempts to make a brief introduction to the fund - raising by China＇ s four telecom enterprises in oversea capital markets and make a comparison between them from the following aspects：fund - raising entity and fund - raising scale. At last it makes an appraisal of fund- raising funds by telecommunication enterprises of China in overseas capital markets.
