摘  要:目的探讨辛伐他汀对动脉粥样硬化性脑梗死并高脂血症患者血脂及预后的影响。方法将157例脑梗死并高脂血症患者随机分为两组,治疗组79例,对照组78例,两组除按动脉粥样硬化性脑梗死常规治疗外,停用一切降脂药物。治疗组给予辛伐他汀10mg/d,晚饭后服药。对照组给予维生素B110mg/d,晚饭后服药。疗程均为6个月。观察两组患者治疗后血脂水平及脑血管事件发生情况。结果治疗组患者治疗前、后总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)间差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后各项血脂指标间差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05)。随访1年显示治疗组患者脑血管事件再发30次,对照组再发50次。结论辛伐他汀降脂疗效可靠、副作用轻微,可作为动脉粥样硬化性脑梗死并高脂血症患者的一、二级预防药物。Objective To study the effect of simvastatin on the blood lipids level and prognosis in arteriosclerotic cerebral infarction associated with hyperlipennia patients. Methods 157 arteriosclerotic cerebral infarction combined with hyperlipermia patients were randomly divided in to 2 groups: 79 cases in treated group prescribed with simvastatin 10mg/d for a course of 6 months and 78 cases in control group received placebo in the same manner. The follow - up study lasted for 1 years. Observe the changes in blood lipids and the occurrence of acute cardiocerebral vascular event. Results The level of TC, LDL and TG decreased and HDL increased significantly ( P 〈 0. 05 ), and the efficacy of treated group was superior to the control group obviously ( P 〈 0. 05 ). The results of follow - up study showed the recurrent number of cerebrovascular events in the treatment group were 30 times, and the control group were 50 times. Conclusion Simvastatin have curative effect affirmation to treat hyperlipemia with few side - effect. It should be extended to the clinical use in primary and secondary prevention of arteriosclerotic cerebral infarction combined with hyperlipennia.
