摘　　要：中国特色的现代产权制度应该具有归属清晰,权责明确,保护严格,流转顺畅的基本特征。归属清晰是发挥现代产权制度中激励机制和约束机制的首要前提;权责明确是现代产权制度高效率实施的重要保证;保护严格是现代产权制度正常运行的安全基础;流转顺畅是释放现代产权制度内在动力和实现市场机制配置资源的必备条件。The basic characteristics of Chinese-featured modem property, institution should have clear belonging, exact resoonsibilities, strict protection and smooth running. Clear belonging is the premise of modem property institution in the conducting of stin^ulation and regulation mechanism; exact responsibilities is the sateguard ot modern property management＇s high efficiency; strict protection is the safety basis of modem property management; smooth running is a r ecessity of releasing modem property mechanism＇s interior drive and realizing market mechanism allotted resources.
