健胃愈疡颗粒对消化性溃疡患者胃黏膜TGF-β1mRNA表达的影响

摘　　要：目的观察健胃愈疡颗粒对胃溃疡患者胃黏膜TGF-β1mRNA表达的影响,探讨健胃愈疡颗粒的疗效机制。方法56例胃溃疡(肝郁脾虚证)患者,随机分为治疗组和西药对照组。治疗组予健胃愈疡颗粒;对照组予法莫替丁加硫糖铝,四周为一个疗程,Hp阳性者加用阿莫西林胶囊和甲硝唑;治疗前后胃镜下取溃疡边缘活检。RT-PCR检测TGF-β1mRNA表达水平。结果TGF-β1mRNA在正常胃粘膜中有少量表达,病变粘膜表达增加;治疗后两组表达均显著增加,治疗前后比较(P<0.01),且治疗组高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论促进TGF-β1等促溃疡愈合因子的表达,可能是健胃愈疡颗粒治疗消化性溃疡的疗效机制之一。Objective： To explore the effects and its mechanism of Jianwei Yuyang Granule （JYG） on gastric mucosa of gastric ulcer patients. Methods Fifty- six cases of peptic ulcer patients with stagnation of liver- qi and deficiency of spleen were randomly assigned into two groups, a 26 - case treatment group received JYG and a 30 - case control group received famotidine and ulcerlmin standard therapy. In addition, patients those who were Hp positive received amoxicillin and metronidazole as well, and 4- week as one treatment course. All cases received gastroendoscopic biospy and the expression of TGF -β1- mRNA was measured with RT- PCR before and after treatment. Results The TGF- β1mRNA which raised significantly after treatment was expressed weakly in normal gastric mucosa and increased moderately in both groups before treatment. The expression level of TGF - β1mRNA was different between JYG treatment group and the control group （ P〈 0.01 ）. Conchsion JYG improves and accelerates the ulcer healing by increasing the expression of TGF- β1.
