血清T-PSA、F-PSA水平和F/T比值与前列腺癌病理分级的相关性

摘　　要：目的探讨血清T-PSA、F-PSA水平和F/T比值与前列腺癌(PCa)病理组织学分级的相关性。方法前列腺手术前检测血清T-PSA、F-PSA水平和F/T比值,术后经病理检查确诊为前列腺癌患者63例。根据苏木素-伊红切片中肿瘤的组织学形态进行病理分级。采用Spearman等级相关分析T-PSA、F-PSA水平和F/T比值与前列腺癌病理分级的关系。结果血清T-PSA、F-PSA水平与前列腺癌的病理分级呈正相关,血清T/F比值与前列腺癌的病理分级呈负相关。结论血清T-PSA、F-PSA水平和F/T比值与前列腺癌组织学分级间的相关性可能协助判断前列腺癌分级及预后。Objective To investigate the correlation between pathological grade and T- PSA, F- PSA and E/T ratios in patients with prostate carcinoma. Methods Pathological grading was carded out on the basis of pathological examination in 63 patients with prostate carcinoma who received prostatectomy. Serum T- PSA, F- PSA and E/T ratios were measured before the operation. By using Spearman rank correlation analysis, the correlation between pathological grade and serum T- PSA, F- PSA and E/T levels was evaluated. Results Pathological grade correlated positively with serum T - PSA, F- PSA levels and negatively with serum E/T ratios. Conclusion Serum T - PSA, F- PSA and E/T measurement might be helpful !n determining the pathological grade and prognosis of prostate carcinoma.
