摘　　要：局部进展期胃癌由于局部区域复发率高,影响治疗的疗效。胃癌根治术后的辅助性放化疗可进一步提高疗效,对于接受D2手术的患者,术后同步放化疗仍可能提高生存率。无论术前放疗还是术前化疗都可以提高局部进展期胃癌的切除率,降低局部复发率,并延长生存期,是目前局部进展期胃癌的研究方向。The high incidence of postoperative local-regional failure induces the poor prognosis of locally advanced gastric cancer.Adjuvant concurrent chemoradiation can improve the treatment results,and it remains benefitial for patients treated with D2 dissection.The role of neoadjuvant chemotherapy or radiotherapy needs to be further evaluated,as both of them result in the high radical resection rate and improve the local control rate and long-term survival rate for locally advanced gastric cancer.
