摘　　要：结直肠癌是最常见的恶性肿瘤之一。新的化疗药物和分子靶向药物的问世,使晚期结直肠癌病人中位生存期延长,根治术后的辅助治疗使Ⅲ期结肠癌病人复发和死亡风险进一步降低。本文综述结直肠癌内科治疗最新进展。Colorectal cancer is one of the most frequently diagnosed malignancy in the world.With the development of chemotherapy agents and molecular targeted drugs,survival of metastatic patients has been prolonged,while risk of recurrence and death reduced.In this article,we reviewed the latest advances in the medical treatment of colorectal cancer.
