摘　　要：振动性神经病一经提出就引起手臂振动病研究者的浓厚兴趣,已成为研究热点。本文对近年来有关振动性神经病流行病学调查及其诊断、发病机制和检查方法进行综述。为研究振动对中枢和外周神经损伤的机制、完善振动性神经损伤的诊断指标提供参考资料。Vibration-induced neuropathy attracts the attention of researchers on hand-arm vibration disease and becomes a research focus in that area. This article reviewed the studies on its epidemiological investigation, diagnosis, mechanism and detection method both in and outside China, for the reference of studying mechanism and diagnostic criteria of vibration-induced neuropathy.
