临床护理路径在老年性白内障行超声乳化手术患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的建立完善的老年性白内障行超声乳化术+后房型人工晶体植入术患者的临床护理路径。方法将120例随机分为实验组和对照组各60例。对照组采用传统的常规护理,实验组实施临床护理路径。结果实验组健康知识评分和满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05),平均住院日、术后住院天数、并发症的发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论临床护理路径为整体护理提供了更有效的指导,提高了工作效率和患者的满意度,缩短了住院天数,降低并发症的发生率,从而有利于护理质量的提高。Objective To create an improved nurse-led clinical pathway in paients with age-related cataract undergoing cataract phacoemulsification combined IOL implantation and evaluate its usefulness. Methods 120 patients with age-related cataract were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 60 cases in each group. Patients in the experimental group received nursing according to the clinical pathway. While the control group received traditional treatment and care. Result With regard to the length of hospital stay, the occurrence of related complications and patient satisfaction, there were significant differences between the two groups（P〈0.05）. In the experimental group, length of hospital stay and occurrence of related complications has been significantly reduced and patient satisfaction has been high. Conclusions The implementation of clinical pathways is a complex but rewarding project. These results indicate that devising a clinical pathway is useful for shortening the duration of hospitalization, reducing the occurrence of related complications and achieving a high level of patient satisfaction. It will contribute to improvements of quality of care.
