摘  要:作者在超声引导下将不同剂量^(90)Y玻璃微球(^(90)Y GM)注入兔肝内,以观察局部注射后同位素的体内分布及注射区肝脏的组织学变化.结果表明,该方法同位素微球仅局限于注射区内.韧致辐射范围4.1~12.55cm^2(平均8.45cm^2),未发现肝外分流及非靶器官损伤.注射剂量35mci时可致辐射区内肝细胞完全坏死.本研究表明该方法微球定位准确,可致局部高辐射能,因而可望成为非手术治疗肝癌的手段之一.In this study, we injected the 90 Y glass microsphere into the liver of rabbits guided by sonography to observe the distribution of isotope and its biological effects on host, the result showed that the isotope microsphere was only limited at the injection areas. The region of bremsstrahlung was 4. 1 - 12. 55 cm2(mean 8. 45 cm2) with no extrahepatic distribution and extrahepatic organ injury. When the dose was 3. 5mci, the hepatocyte necroses completely within the bresstrahlung areas. The outcome indicated that the microspheres was remained locally and the tumor received a high radiation energy. It can be used to treat liver cancer.
