^(90)钇玻璃微球局部给药治疗肝癌的试验性研究

摘　　要：作者以80只小鼠移植肝癌为模型,对其随机分为对照组及5个不同剂量的治疗组.对治疗组瘤内注射^(90)Y玻璃微球(^(90)Y GM),并观察疗效,探寻有效治疗剂量.结果表明当瘤内给予1～3mci/cm^3 剂量的^(90)Y时,肿瘤坏死或严重变性而无明显副作用.术后5天测定的肿瘤重量治疗组与对比组间差异显著(P<0.001);而治疗组间比较则无显著差异(P>0.05).In this study, eighty mice were transplanted with liver tumor cells as a model. The mice then were divided into six groups randomly. In order to oberve the effect and searching for the effective dose, one group was kept as a control group while the other received injection of yttrium 90 micro-spheres directly into the center of the tumor. The result showed that the tumor became necrosis or serious degeneration and no significant side effect when the dose was given at 1-3mci/cm3. We weighed the tumor in the balance one by one after injection 5 days. There were significantly difference between the treatmented groups and the control group (P<0. 01), but there were no difference between the treated, groups (P>0. 05).
