经颅多普勒超声对80例正常人脑底动脉血流速度的测定

摘　　要：本文报告我院应用经颅多普勒超声(TCD)对80例正常人脑底动脉血流速度进行测定分析; 分为男、女两组,不同性别组之间血流速度无显著差异(P>0.05),而按不同年龄分为四组,血流速度随年龄增加而减低,最年青组与最年老组有显者性差异(P<0.05).The paper reported the blood flow condition of cerebral bottom arterials in 80 cases of normal persons with Transcranial Doppler(TCD). The results shew that the blood flow rates of cerebral bottom arterials between male and famale were not significantly different ill statistics (p>0. 05). There was negitive related to ages in the changes of blood flow rates of cerebral bottom arterals. Along with the increase of ages, blood flew rates were decreased. There was significantly defferent between the youngest group and oldest group (p<0. 01 ).
