摘　　要：分析了OEM板和GPS技术原理,介绍了基于OEM板的GPS接收机开发方法,重点阐述了车辆导航定位系统GPS接收机的软、硬件体系结构及研制过程,详细说明了单片机C语言串行通讯原理与程序编制。This paper introduces the principle of GPS receiver and OEM board, discusses the method of research and development of GPS receiver based OEM board, gives the hardware and software structure and design of the GPS receiver in Vehicle Guidance and Location System, then specfies the theory and program of serial communication of single chip machine based C.
