正畸与义齿修复在伴有牙列缺损的成人错畸形中的联合应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨伴有牙列缺损的成人错畸形的综合治疗方法。方法:回顾性分析16例接受正畸与义齿修复联合治疗患者的临床资料,16例患者先经牙体牙髓科、牙周科、颌面外科等前期综合治疗,再用正畸方法对缺损的牙列进行调整,创造良好的牙列及基本条件后,以修复的方法完成治疗。结果:16例患者经正畸与义齿修复联合治疗,恢复了牙列的完整及功能,取得了良好的临床效果。结论:对伴有牙列缺损的成人错畸形采用正畸和修复等多学科的联合治疗,才可以应对现代人们对口腔健康功能和美观的更高要求。Objective： To investigate the ways and effect of the combination of orthodontics with prosthodontics for the adult malocclusion patients with dentition defect. Methods： Sixteen cases were included （6 males and 10 females, aged from 18 to 39）. After the therapy of endodontology and periodontics, dentition of these patients were adjusted by orthodontics and prosthodontics treatment. Results： The patients were all satisfied with the effect of the restoration of oral function and aesthetics. Conclusion： Combination of orthodontics with prosthodontics is a good idea for the malocclusion patients with the dentition defect.
