摘 要:对虫草属真菌的干燥和新鲜菌丝体中多糖提取方法进行了研究,比较了不同的溶液离子组成和浓度下多糖的溶出情况,并与传统的热水提取方法进行了比较。在菌丝体被烘干,细胞结构被破坏的情况下,离子状态对于多糖溶出的影响相对较小,10%NaCl可以增加10%左右的多糖提取率,10%NaOH作用效果最好,可以提高提取率67.5%。而新鲜菌丝体由于细胞结构的完整性,离子组成和浓度对于多糖提取率的影响十分显著,5%NaOH的多糖提取率最高,虫草菌丝体中碱溶性多糖的含量明显高于酸溶性多糖。The study focus on extraction method of polysaccharides from dry and fresh mycelia of Cordyceps. Polysaccharides dissolution in solutions of various ions and concentrations were investigated, the extracting results in solutions of various ions were also compared with traditionally hot water extracting method. It is seen that less effect of ions on dissolution of polysaccharides from dry mycelia because of the cellular structure of dry mycelia being destroyed in drying process. Polysaccharides extraction yield was raised about 10% in solution of 10% NaCI compared with in pure water. The best extraction solution of polysaccharides from dry mycelia was 10% NaOH, which raised the extraction yield to 67.5 %. Effect of ions on polysaccharides extraction from fresh mycelia, which had an integrate cellular structure, were significant. The best extraction solution of polysaccharides from fresh mycelia was 5 % NaOH, which indicates that there was much more alkali fusion polysaccharides than acid fusion polysaccharides in mycelia of Cordyceps.
