论“体教结合”背景下的高校竞技体育人才培养

摘　　要：本文首先分析了“体教结合”的原因及其内涵,讨论了在这个背景下高校竞技体育人才培养的现状和存在的问题,提出了一些改进措施和手段,预见了高校高水平队伍的良好发展前景。This paper firstly analyzed the reason and content of training and education combination, discussed the current condition and existing problems of college sport talent cultivation under this background, put forwarded the improving measurements and means and forecast the better developing foreground of college high level sport teams.
