延胡索提取物抑菌活性的初步研究

摘　　要：应用纸片法对延胡索提取物的抑菌作用进行研究。结果表明:乙醇提取抑菌效果优于水提取,以正丁醇作萃取液抑菌效果最明显;薄层层析结果表明有抑菌活性的物质Rf值为0.80。所得提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌抑制效果最好,最低抑菌浓度为2mg/mL,大肠杆菌次之,绿脓杆菌最弱。The antibacterial properties of root extracts from Rhizoma corydalis with the filter paper method. The results show that antibacterial functions of extracts by different extracting agents were different, the agent of 50% alcohol was optimum. The main antibacterial constituents was focused on the extract of N - butanol. The Rf of effective ingredient is 0.80 by thin layer chromatographic. The antibacterial function of the extract by this agent had the strongest effect on Staphylococcus aureus, and the minimum inhibition concentration （MIC） of extraction for it was 2mg/mL, its effect on Escherichia coli came next and no obvious effect on eseudomonas aeruginosa.
