摘　　要：自主创新是支撑企业崛起的有力工具,也是企业持续发展的不竭动力。通过对LG的自主创新情况进行SWOT分析,了解了LG在自主创新方面具备的优势和劣势,明确了其面临的威胁,找到了发展的机遇,并在此基础上为LG自主创新模式的选择与实施提出了建议。The independent innovation is emollient tool that props up the enterprise to grow, and is the exhaustless motivity of continuous development. This text understands the advantage and disadvantage of LG, nails down the threat it faces, founds out the opportunity of the development on independent innovation based on the SWOT analysis, then puts forward some suggestion for the choosing and implementing of independent Innovation mode of LG.
