摘　　要：高校商业贿赂的主要成因有:教育不彻底,造成党纪国法意识淡薄;制度不健全,使得商业贿赂有机可乘;监督不到位,导致商业贿赂惩防困难。可从立足教育、健全制度、加强监督和严厉惩治四个方面采取对策。Firstly it analyses the cause of formation, that is： education is not good, which leads to the Party discipline and national law consciousness becomes indifferent in many people＇s minds; The policy system is not perfect, which leaves space for commercial bribe; the supervise system doesn＇t work well, which causes the difficulty in preventing commercial bribe. Last it suggests we should guard against commercial bribe in four wavs in the end of： education, oolicv system, supervision and punishment.
