摘　　要：主要介绍了白灵菇的形态特征、营养价值和医疗作用,重点介绍了其生长环境,包括温度、湿度、光照与空气、酸碱度以及营养条件。根据白灵菇生物学特性,采用高产栽培技术,生物学转化率可达50%以上。The morphological characters, nutritional value and the function of medicinal treatment of Pleurotus nebrodensis are mainly introduced and the its growth conditions including temperature, humidity, light and air, pH and nutritional request are expounded on stress. According to its biological characteristics and by using high yield cultivation technology for Pleurotus nebrodensis the biological efficiency can reach to more than 50% in the cultivation tests.
