脑血管病患者心理状况与社会支持水平的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的调查脑血管病患者的社会支持和心理状况,分析心理状况对社会支持的影响。方法分别对64例脑血管病患者与59例健康对照者应用社会支持个人资源询问表(personal resouce questionniare,PRQ)进行社会支持评分和心理状况评估。结果脑血管病患者社会支持较对照者低(P<0.01),心理状况差于对照者(P<0.01),心理状况与社会支持状况有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论脑血管病患者心理状况影响社会支持水平。Objective To investigate social support and psychological status of the patients with cerebral vascular diseases, and to analyze the effect of psychological status on social support. Methods Sixty-four patients with cerebral vascular diseases and 59 healthy controls were questioned with personal resource questionnaire（PRQ）and their psychical status and social support were evaluated. Results The social support score in patients with cerebral vascular diseases was lower than that of healthy controls（ P 〈0.01） and its psychical status score was poorer than the latter（ P〈0.05）. The psychical status score was correlated with the social support score in patients with cerebrovascular diseases. Conclusion The psychical status in patients with cerebrovascular diseases can influence their social support.
