磷酸化JNK与磷酸化c-Jun在多形性胶质母细胞瘤中的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的探讨磷酸化JNK（p-JNK）与磷酸化c—Jun（p-e-Jun）在多形性胶质母细胞瘤（GBM）中的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组化S—P法检测p-JNK与p-e-Jun在47例GBM患者和10例正常人脑组织中的表达；高、低表达p-JNK与p-e-Jun的GBM患者术后生存期采用对数秩（Log—rank）检验，p-JNK与p-e-Jun的表达水平和术后生存期进行Spearman相关分析。结果GBM患者p-JNK和p-e—Jun阳性表达率较正常对照组明显升高，2组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；Log—rank检验显示p-JNK和p-e—Jun高表达和低表达者术后生存期差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），经Spearman相关分析证实p-JNK或p-e-Jun高表达与患者术后生存期呈高度负相关。结论GBM患者中p-JNK或p-e-Jun高表达者术后生存期短、预后不良。Objective To explore the clinical significance and the expression of phosphorylated c-Jun Nterminal kinase （ p-JNK ） and phosphorylated c-Jun （ p-c-Jun ） in glioblastoma （ GBM ）. Methods The expression of p-JNK and p-c-Jun in 47 GBM cases and 10 cases of normal brains were assayed by immunohistochemical methods. Meanwhile, the survival times of high expression group and low expression group of p-JNK or p-c-Jun were applied by Log-rank test. The correlation analysis between the levels of the expression of p-JNK or p-c-Jun and survival time in GBM was determined by Spearman method. Results The ratio of positive expression of p-JNK and p-c-Jun were remarkably increased in GBM, and there was a statistical difference between groups （ P 〈 0.01 ） ; Log-rank test manifested that there was a significant difference between high and low expression group of p-JNK or p-c-Jun （P 〈0.05） ;The Spearman correlation analysis demonstrated that the level of p-JNK or p-c-Jun expression had a negative correlation with the postoperative survival time. Conclusion The patients with high expression of p-JNK or p-c-Jun in GBM have a poor prognosis and short survival time.
