摘　　要：目的观察大黄及芒硝联合治疗重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)的疗效。方法对38例SAP患者中的18例进行常规治疗并辅以大黄及芒硝联合治疗,并以常规治疗的20例SAP患者作对照。结果两组疗效差异明显。结论大黄及芒硝联合治疗重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)的疗效较好。Objective To observe the curative effect of rhubarb and sodium sulfate on the severe acute pancreatitis （SAP）. Methods 38 patients with SAP were divided into treatment group and control group randomly. The conventional therapy was applied to the 20 patients, while the other 18 patients were treated with conventional therapy combined with rhubarb and sodium sulfate. Results There were significant difference of curative effects between the treatment group and control group. Conclusions The conventional therapy combined with rhubarb and sodium sulfate has better effect in the treatment of SAP.
