摘 要:目的观察姜黄素对不同肿瘤细胞的作用及光学显微镜下形态学变化、以证实其抑瘤效应。方法应用MTT法检测姜黄素对肝癌细胞(SMMC-7721)、宫颈癌细胞(Hela)、结肠癌细胞(SW480)、红白血病细胞(K562)、舌癌细胞(Tca-8113)、T淋巴瘤细胞(Jurkat)、喉癌细胞(Hep-2)的影响,且同步观察形态学变化。结果20μmol/L的姜黄素对Jurkat抑制作用较强,对SMMC-7721有抑制作用,对其余细胞无影响。40、60μmol/L姜黄素对SMMC-7721、Hela、K 562、Jurkat有抑制作用,对SW480、Tca-8113抑制率较低,对Hep-2无抑制作用;且姜黄素对除Hep-2之外的6种细胞之形态均有影响。结论姜黄素能抑制多种肿瘤细胞增殖且相应引起细胞形态学改变。Objective To explore the effect of proliferation inhibition and morphological changes of different tumor cells under light microscope by curcumine. Methods Using MTT to observe effects in SMMC-7721, Hela, SW480, K562, Tca-8113, Jurkat and Hep-2 cells by curcuminc. The density of curcumine was 20, 40, 60μmol/L, and the action time was 24 hours. Result It had stronger depressant effect on Jurkat by 20μmol/L curcumine, and had inhibitory action on SMMC-7721, but with no effect on other cells. It had depressant effect on SMMC-7721, Hela, K562 and Jurkat by 40, 60μmol/L curcumine, and it had lower inhibitory action on SW480 and Tca-8113 but without effect on Hep-2. It had effect on cell morphous except Hep-2 by curcumine. Conclusion Curcumine can inhibit cell proliferation and change cell morphology to many tumor cells.
