摘  要:目的探讨低氧预适应对肝脏移植大鼠术后早期SEC结构和肝功能改变的影响。方法用“二袖套法”建立大鼠原位肝脏移植模型,A组:原位肝移植对照组,B组:低氧预适应组,C组:正常大鼠对照组,测定HA、ET-1、SEC显微和超微结构改变及一周存活率。结果术后B组比A组HA水平明显降低,SEC结构得到更好的保存、一周生存率显著提高(P<0.05)。结论低氧预适应可减轻SEC的损伤,避免术后的无复流及进一步的肝实质损伤,减少术后PGF的发生,提高了存活率。Objective To study the influence of hypoxia pre-conditioning on the early SEC structure and liver function in rats after transplantation. Methods To determine HA, ET-1, SEC and weekly survival rate, we use diplo-sleeve method to construct the orthotope-transplantanion model in rats, namely group A (control group of orthotope-transplantanion), group B(group of hypoxia pre-conditioning) and group C (group of normal rats). Result HA of group B is obviously lower than that of group A after operation, SEC structure is well conserved, and the weekly survival rate increases obviously (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Hypoxia pre-conditioning could relieve injury of sec, avoid no-reflow and further injury of liver. It could decrease the occurrence of PGF, thus increasing the survival rate.
