摘　　要：目的基于RoughSet理论和方法对针刺治疗海洛因依赖患者稽延症状疗效评分进行数据挖掘,了解各属性因子在疗效中的重要度及关联度。方法125例海洛因依赖者经脱毒治疗遗留有明显稽延性戒断症状者,随机分为5组并进行针刺对比观察。基于RoughSet对数据离散化形成的决策表进行属性重要度及稽延性戒断症状评分量表等疗效相关性规则挖掘。结果用毒量、成瘾时间、婚姻、组别等属性对于疗效的重要度和关联度最高;组别属性与疗效的关系以针刺Ⅲ组与显效的关联度最高。结论患者用毒量和针刺治疗方案对疗效起着关键作用。Objective Based on the RoughSet theory, we excavated the data about the scores of heroin addicts protracted symptoms after detoxification by acupuncture therapy to find out the importance and relation of those attribute-factors in therapy. Methods 125 subjects were randomly divided into 5 groups and treated accordingly. Based on the RoughSet theory, we studied the related regulations of curative effects from the importance of the attributes of decision-table formed by data dispersion degree, the scale of heroin addicts＇ protracted symptoms, etc. Results The heroin amount, addiction time, marital status, age possessed the highest importance and closest relation; concerning the relation between groups and curative effects, the closest relation was between aeu-group Ⅲ and remarkable effect. Conclusion Heroin amount and acupuncture treatment program played a key role on curative effects.
