当代大学生人文素养的缺失与重构

摘　　要：当代大学生人文素养的缺失状况令人担忧。提高大学生人文素养具有十分重要的意义,直接关系到个人的全面发展和国家现代化建设。大学生人文素养的重构成为高等教育改革的重要方向,文章提出了重构思路和举措:丰富知识储备,增强文化底蕴;建设一支高水平的师资队伍;加强大学文化建设;切实推进大学生的社会实践。The situation is very worrying that present-day university students lack and lose human qualities. It is great importance and significance to try hard to develop students＇ human qualities. This has a bearing on the personal all-round development and on our country＇s modernization construction. The regrowth of the university students＇ human qualities has become the important task of the reform of higher education. This article puts to treat it- letting students learn more knowledge of natural science and forward the idea of such regrowth and some means social science; forming a teaching team with rich knowledge, rich experience and great ability; developing more activities of culture on campus; and giving students more opportunities to take part in social practice, etc.
