摘  要:对GD—1高压共轨式柴油机已有的起动油压控制策略进行了理论分析和试验研究,在此基础上试验了多种改进方案,总结出两套优化起动油压建立过程的控制方法,经试验验证,柴油机冷起动过程中共轨油压能够更加迅速地达到目标值,为进一步优化高压共轨式柴油机冷起动性能和降低起动过程中的排放奠定了良好的基础。Basing on the GD-1 high pressure common rail diesel engine, this paper firstly researched on the control strategy of rail pressure building up at start-up condition experimentally and theoretically. Depends on several experiments on some kinds of different strategies, this paper goes to two efficiently optimized modes of rail pressure foundation at start-up condition. The experimental validation results show that the rail pressure can be built up to the target high value more quickly than before at start-up condition. This improvement provides a good base for further optimization of high pressure common rail diesel engine's start ability and exhaust emission control.
