摘  要:针对连续挤压机主轴轴向液压缸超高压系统(350 MPa)的密封特点,建立了轴向液压缸液压系统,分析了密封件密封机制、密封件结构和受力情况,采用Y型和U型密封圈的组合结构,解决了连续挤压机轴向液压缸超高压的密封问题。讨论了超高压下密封件的破坏形式及解决办法,指出超高压下胶料挤出是密封件破坏的主要形式,提出了采用紫铜垫或其它相应材料作衬垫来防止密封件胶料的挤出,并成功地用在生产实践中。For encapsulant characteristics of main axis for hydraulic tank with uous extrusion machine, the system of axial hydraulic tank was established. The uhra-high pressure (350 MPa) in continencapsulant mechanism, the structure and dynamics of encapsulant component were analyzed. By integrated structure using Y and U type encapsulant rings, the encapsulant problem of hydraulic tank at high pressure in continuous extrusion machine was solved. The destructive form and solving measurements for encapsulant component were discussed, that the plastic extrusion at ultra-high pressure is the main destructive form was pointed out. The measurement by using copper cushion or other material to prevent plastic extrusion was brought forward, and was used successfully in practices.
