摘　　要：药膳在我国有着几千年的食用历史,利用药膳进行食疗保健,是中医药临床医疗的一种特色疗法。同时由药膳用药引申出的一系列问题亦正引起学术界与有关方面的关注和重视。对药膳配餐用药的管理应当科学规范。With a history of several millenniums, the edible medicated diets are precious cultural heritages in the traditional Chinese medicine. It is a special method in clinical therapy to keep health with the medicated diets. Some problems caused by the medicated diets, have been recognized in the academe and other fields concerned. In this paper, suggestions are put forward for further discussion.
