摘 要:目的探讨多层螺旋CT输尿管三维重建技术(MSCT-IVU)对输尿管肿瘤的诊断价值。方法对31例疑有输尿管肿瘤患者行多层螺旋CT容积扫描及三维重建。结果31例中原发输尿管癌14例,邻近器官恶性肿瘤累及输尿管17例。MSCT-IVU不仅能清晰地显示输尿管走行、腔内改变、梗阻部位及原因,还可以同时显示管壁及腔外情况,完全符合诊断要求。结论MSCT-IVU是诊断输尿管肿瘤较好的影像检查方法。Objective To evaluate the diagnosis value of MSCT- Urography with 3D reconstruc tion(MSCT-IVU) in the ureter tumor. Methods Thirty-one cases with suspected ureter tumor per formed by MSCT volume scanning and 3D imaging reconstructions. Results 14 primary ureteral cancer, 17 ureter involved by malignant tumor adjacent organs were diagnosed accurately. MSCT-IVU showed clearly not only the course of the ureters, intraluminal change, obstructive position and causes, but also the involvement of wall and extraluminal of ureter. The imaging appearance were absolutely identified to the diagnosis. Conclusion MSCT-IVU is an excellent method of imaging examination in ureter diseases and could be used routinely in the hospitals.
