心脏黏液瘤176例的诊断与外科治疗临床分析

摘　　要：目的：总结176例心脏黏液瘤外科治疗经验。方法：统计我院手术治疗176倒心脏黏液瘤患者临床资料。结果：左心房黏液瘤160例，其中心脏多发瘤6例；右心房瘤12例；双房瘤3例；左心室瘤1例。合并二尖瓣关闭不全5例。均由超声心动图确诊，并在全麻体外循环下手术摘除黏液瘤，同期行二尖辩成形和二尖瓣替换术5例。术后5例（2．84％）死亡。随访9个月～16年，6例（3．4％）复发。结论：超声心动图对心脏黏液瘤的确诊具有特殊价值，立即彻底切除是预防复发的关键。OBJECTIVE： To summarize the experience of surgical treatment for 176 cases of atrial myxomas. METHODS： One hundred and seventy-six pationts with cardiac myxomas were treated in 2005. The diagnosis was confirmed with echocardiography in all the patients. RESULTS： The myxomas located in left atrium in 160 cases （multiple in 6）, right atrium in 12, bilocular atrium in 3, lift ventricle in 1 and mitral in competence in 5. All the patients underwent excision of myxoma under cardiopulmonary bypass. Five patients died （2. 84%）, 6（3.4%） cases were recurrent in the following up from 9 months to 16 years after the operation. CONCLUSIONS.. Echocardiography plays a very important role in the diagnosis for the patients with cardiac myxomas. The patients with cardiac myxomas should undergo operation as soon as possible. The thorough excision of myxomas is the key to prevention of recurrence.
