摘  要:目的探讨5分医学验光对准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术(laser in situ keratomilusis,LASIK)的影响及重要性。方法运用日本Topcon KR8100全自动验光仪和Topcon CV3100全自动综合验光仪进行医学验光,美国VISXstarS4准分子激光仪进行手术。参考电脑验光及检影验光结果,在综合验光仪上调整度数,进行5分医学验光。以3分初级验光为对照组。结果LASIK手术前采用5分医学验光的患者,其术后6个月裸眼视力≥术前最佳矫正视力占96.00%,明显优于对照组(91.5%)。术后6个月,5分医学验光组球镜和柱镜屈光度≤±0.25D的患者分别为65.00%、60.00%,与对照组(36.00%、34.00%)比较差异有显著性(P<0.05);5分医学验光组球镜和柱镜屈光度≤±0.50D的患者分别为28.00%、32.00%,与对照组(46.00%、48.00%)比较差异有显著性(P<0.05);5分医学验光组球镜和柱镜屈光度>±0.75D的患者分别为7.00%、8.00%,与对照组(18.00%、18.00%)比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论5分医学验光优于3分初级验光,对LASIK手术有重要的影响,我们应该对LASIK术前进行5分医学验光引起高度重视。Objective To explore the effect and importance of 5-grade medical based refraction for LASIK. Topcon KR8100 and Topcon CV3100 optometers were used for the optometric examination, and LASIK was performed with the VISX star S4. Based on the results of a computerized optometer, we adjusted the dioptric power in the phoropter and used 5-grade medical based refraction. Refraction group was the control. Results Six months after surgety, the uncomected vision of the patients who received 5- grade medical based refraction before the operation was better than their BCVA, with a 96.00% result. There was a significance difference between them (refraction group is 91.5% ) (P 〈 0.05). Six months after the operation,when 5-grede medical based refraction was compared to refraction group, the changes in the sphere and cylinder were ≤±0.25 D, ≤± 0.50 D and 〉0.75 D. Results for the 5-grede medical based refraction group were 65.00%, 60.00%, 28.00%, 32.00 %, and 7.00%, 8.00%. The resuits for the refraction group were 36.00 %, 34.00%, 46.00 %, 48.00 % and 18.00%, 18.00%. There was a significance difference in the results ( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Five-grade medical based refraction is very important for LASIK. It was better than refraction, and more attention needs to be paid to it.
